I am here to request information about cargo shipping to Kiev, Ukraine. The point of origin will be from our facility at New York City, New York, United States. We will require an empty 45 ft ocean container to be delivered to our warehouse for loading. The order will be ready for pickup within one week. Is your company available at that time for a pickup?
The gross weight of this shipment is 38,038 pounds. All of the customs documents will be prepared and given to your driver at the time of the pickup. Due to the nature of the cargo, we do require that tracking information be made available to use at the time of the pickup. This tracking information will also be made available to our customer in Kiev. How is this tracking information accessed? Is it via the Internet, or by email updates only?
